BBT help

I’ve only been TTC for a few months but just got another BFN. I already have a 2.5 year old, who we got pregnant with with no struggles at all. It’s getting a little frustrating and I was thinking of tracking bbt and getting the ovulation test kits. My question for bbt is that I work a weird schedule, sometimes only sleeping from 4a-730a, would bbt still be accurate here? Thanks in advance.
