What is everyone doing to stay in shape?

I’m a bit shy of 5 weeks and I’ve gained 4 pounds. I’m assuming it’s bloat/water retention and I had 3 days earlier this week I was SO hungry. Appetite seems to be back to normal so I’m sure I’ll lose a pound or two again.

Is anyone walking / working out lightly?
