Bleeding constantly

Okay, now I am getting worried.

I was bleeding during the last few weeks but just a little bit (only visible when wiping), often pink or dark brown, and ... for short periods of time.

Yesterday some bleeding started and it hasn’t stopped... It’s dark in color (but not as dark as before), more liquid, shows in my underwear (so more blood than when I have to wipe to notice it). I have no cramps though!

Anybody else experience this? Tips to stop the bleeding? I am trying to rest more (I barely sleep) and I think I should drink more water.
