Help??

So, this is the first time I'm posting without being anonymous, so please I don't want any negative comments only helpful ones. I am 18 years old and have been TTC for 11 months now. Today I went to the drs yet again for a pregnancy test. The urine sample came up negative but because I've had all the symptoms they sent out blood work. I don't want to be asked "well who carries the health insurance" or "do you even have enough money saved up for a baby" or rude/negative/shameful comments. But, to those who have conceived, do you have any tips for those trying to conceive? I could really use some. Thank you.
