Full bladder 😔

So i went in first my first doctors visit and i went in with a full bladder (like the doctor order) but then when checking for the baby he said it was to full and couldnt find any thing.😞 i took 3 pregnancy test and they all say positive😊 has this happen to any one else? He rescheduled me another doctors appt in 2 weeks 😔 and want to do a blood test😒
