Hi, does this chart mean I ovulated on the 19th which is the 1st dip after getting a positive peak with Clearbue?

There’s not enough days temped to confirm. 
As per Glows own BBT Chart/Temp page...
....once you’ve ovulated, your basal body temperature will shift up by at least four-tenths (0.4) of a degree Fahrenheit (.2 Celsius). If your temperature stays elevated for at least 3 days after that shift, then you know that you’ve ovulated.

Yes I would say CD 12 but you need a few more high temps to confirm.
