Still haven't had the courage to make Drs appointment

I am 8w1d and still haven't called my doctor. Ive had 3 consecutive losses, and am so scared to do anything this time around. This is longer than I've been along with most pregnancies, but am still so scared. I wish I didn't need a referral from my family Dr.
