Back pain
Anyone else dealing with any kind of middle back pain after having kids?? The middle of my back has been hurting for a few months now, like my spine almost feels bruised. Also been hurting around my left rib cage, very dull tho. Had an abdominal ct and xrays of my spine and they don’t see anything. I’ve been doing physical therapy but not sure it’s helped much.... been wondering if it’s all just muscle tightness or weak muscles... 🥴😕
