Small amount brown "spotting"??

It just made my very nervous to see a small amount of brown blood/discharge today. I am 5 weeks exactly. A miscarriage is a lot more red, right? Should I be concerned? Anyone else experience this?

I do have experience so I'll share but the answer isn't awesome so I'll make this sentence weird long so that you have time to turn back if you dont want to read it.
At 5 weeks the night of Halloween we came back from trick or treating and I used to restroom only to wipe and see brown discharge when I wiped. It happened a couple more times that night. I put a pad on and went to bed worried. I woke up to no blood on the pad. And hour later I was spotting. By lunch I had filled a pad. A few hours after that I felt like I was in early labor again with the kind if cramps I was having. I bled for 5 days. I didnt go to a doctor. (What could they do? Nothing? What could they say I didnt already know?) Seven days after I stopped bleeding I took a pregnancy test and it was stark white negative. I started using opks that day. 17 days after I started bleeding I ovulated. We BD that day and the next day. 10 days after ovulation i got another bfp. In two hours I will officially be 7 weeks. 
A quarter of women will bleed in their pregnancy and go on to have healthy babies. I wasn't one of those women, but maybe you are! Even if you called your doc they'd say brown blood isn't really a cause for concern. I really hope everything goes perfectly for you♡
