Hi ladies I had the methotrexate shot on December 4 my levels when down on December 10 my question is my doctor tolled me to start again in 3-4 months. My question is when to I start counting my first af or the day they gave me the shot help please or when my levels got to 0.

Your hcg should be 0 and you should wait at least 2 periods prior to trying or at least minimum of 3 months after methotrexate which ever is the longest!

Numbers dropped to zero? My doctor needed my levels to be zero then it was 3 cycles after that. I was 8 weeks when I had my shot so it took a long time for my levels to drop to zero. I’ve heard different things from different women.
