Very sharp cramps?

Question

I’m having a super sharp cramp on my right side. It only happens once every 10-15 minutes or so, or longer. It’s like a little lightning jolt. It doesn’t feel the same as the ache of a corpus luteal cyst. It’s only been happening for the last couple of hours, and I’m 6w2d. It might have been a coincidence but it started shortly after an orgasm. 
Anyone else have this kind of odd pain?

I’m at 5 weeks and I was woken by sharp back pains and I’ve been cramps this week.
Don’t stress, it isn’t good for little sticky bun.

it's probably just your uterus muscles or growing pains or anything! when i was around 5&6 weeks i had cramping almost everyday, one day it was one side and the next day or that same night it'll be a opposite side and baby's doing fine and has a heartbeat and all! just pay attention to it, drink water and stay resting! everything will be fine 🥰

I had this a few days ago. I was dehydrated and had diarrhea, once I went to the restroom and drank a lot of water, it subsided.

For any kind of sharp, one-sided pain, i would talk to a doctor to confirm that it’s not ectopic, just to be safe.
