Birth control pills

So I’m a little concerned I recently just got the nexplanon removed and my doctor put me on a combo birth control pill... I haven’t missed a single dose but I did take one like 2 hours later than I had taken all of the others.. I’m writing because the normal day I started my period on while on the nexplanon just passed and I have yet for it start. The only sign was a little bit of brownish colored discharge. My s/o did cum in me probably 2 weeks ago on the second row of my pack... HELP!
