Ladies I need your opinions

So for our wedding we hired a photographer and give him a 500$ deposit. We did our engagement pictures on October 28th and he told us we’ll get the pictures in two weeks . After two weeks i asked him if he could send me 2-3 pictures so I could do my save the dates (Black Friday deals) he said his computer broke and it’s getting fixed. So I’ve been messaging him for the past 6 weeks ( almost 8 weeks since we took our pictures) and it takes 5 days for him to email me back and I still haven’t got my pictures. I texted him asking that we understand your computer broke but you haven’t been reaching out to us at all . Everyone is surprised that I’m not flipping out on him. So unprofessional :/ We just went our money back but I don’t think he will give it to us.

I’m not being a bridezilla right ???? He did offer to do another photo shoot but it’s freezing out and I’m just so upset by the way he’s handling this
