What’s going on???

So my period was the 5th -10th then the 15 & 16 was a very heavy flow, I was going to put spotting but then days it was more like a full on period.... after sex on the 20th I started spotting and the toilet had blood, 21, 22, and today has been a medium flow, lots of brown and red blood mixed together. Why am I bleeding so much?
