Ovulation cramps or implantation? Tmi

So I already have a son and we are ttc again we didn't use a fertility tracker last time. This app says I haven't ovulated yet but the last four or five days or so I've been having egg white discharge and the last three days I've been having cramping in my hips and pinching/stabbing pains in my lower stomach and pelvis ive already had my period this month. Not sure what the pain is but when I was pregnant with my son I didn't get these cramps just sore breasts and everything smelled funky. Wondering if it's ovulation pain or implantation I have no idea. I know it's too early for a pregnancy test. Curious is anyone else who is ttc has experienced this? Tia
