Different breast sizes?!

So I don’t feel normal like at all with my body and it’s one of my worst insecurities because... well.... it’s not normal....

I’m 18 and have 2 different breast sizes. My left is about a B cup and my right one is a D cup

I wear a D cup bra size but it’s soooooo noticeable that my breasts are uneven.

Many people have told me that uneven breasts are normal but I don’t think having 2 different cup sizes apart is normal.

Should I save up for a surgery to make them even and make my D cup a B cup??
