Can progesterone be a good indication of pregnancy.

My progesterone levels are sitting at 62.9 but my re doctor has told me not to test until next week. I’m currently 10dpo

Started clomid on the 17th of November days 2-6 50mg then nothing happened with ovulation so my doctor jumped started putting my dose up to 100mg days 2-6 again 4th-8th of December and that showed positive ovulation on the 17th of December with levels being 4.0 then had a blood test on the 24th of December and got my results today 27th of December and results were 62.9

Please help
