Please help me with this.

I had an surgical abortion on 13th November. Till that day m having countinuous bleeding and spotting. On 20th December m having heavy bleed. I took appointment n visit doctor she said some remaining tissue was there and she perform aispiration procedure and remove tissue but still I n having 4 - 5 drop bleeding. It's been more than 1 month. Can u tell me whats happening with me.
