Nervous !

Okay guys , so I had the iud before and ever since I experienced bleeding twice a month like two periods right ... ok so my last period was November 20th but around time of ovulation I had spotting from 12/5 to 12/8 it wasn’t a lot but it was happeneing like different times of the day while at work so I put on a pad ... is bleeding the same as a period ? Because I am ONE WEEK LATE !! But scared that I may not be pregnant .

Help ladies ! Has this ever happened to anyone ??
