Funny looking ultrasound pic?

Our 12-13 week scan. Made me soooo happy and relieved to know I’ve got an actual lil bb in there! But does anyone else think the chin/ lower lip looks weird? Do I have anything to worry about or is this just normal? Other than that everything seemed perfect. Heart beat 174. Super bouncy through the whole scan. ❤️❤️❤️

I don’t think you can tell a whole lot at this point, just looks like the baby’s mouth. Looks like a happy baby in there to me.

Mine had a similar look haha I think it’s just the ultrasound machine and what not so I wouldn’t worry :)

Looks normal! Sometimes the ultrasound machine will capture a picture while the baby is moving and make it look really weird. If I went off of 1 weird picture I got from my 12 week ultrasound, my baby would have a chin down to her chest, but I realized it just was because she was moving her head.

This was our 12w 3d scan and little man looks like mega minds with a pointy upper lip.. doctor never said anything so we assumed all was normal. Anddddd

At 18w 3d this is our baby boy and he looks a lot more normal😂 I think because they’re so small sometimes it’s hard to get a really clear image and things can look funny. I would say baby looks fine unless your doc tells you otherwise!

It looks normal to me; if there was anything wrong your doctor would’ve told you (i think) or you can ask on your next visit
