Rough sex and an IUD? HELP

So I got my IUD a week ago - Paragaurd. My husband and I have rough sex 99% of the time. It’s what we enjoy - toys, fisting, etc. we go there. 
My problem is, ever since I’ve gotten the IUD I’m so nervous to have sex. I think I’m overthinking it. Anyone else experienced this? Can I still enjoy the exciting rough sex we normally have???

I also have the Paraguard iud. I normally have spotting after a night of rougher sex. The thing I have noticed is there are one or two positions that are uncomfortable since getting the iud. Not sure about fisting... but let me know if you try it! I’m curious.

Maybe try an implant. You can still have your normal rough sex without worrying

I’ve had mine for over a year and rough sex    still causes me to spot/bled and have pretty bad pain.... 😕 I’m likely having mine taken out soon

I’d stay on pills if you are gonna do all that. I was with a guy who was “bigger” than average and he caused mine to fall out.
