This is just a friendly reminder of our rules especially regarding online safety.  All participants of the Glow/<a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> Community must be at least 13 years of age.

"Help us ensure that the Glow Community remains a safe place for all its users. The Glow Community is a place where women should feel safe to discuss even the most sensitive and intimate details of their lives, their health, and their fertility. Here are a couple of pointers to keep in mind when interacting with others on the Glow Community: 

• Don’t post your contact details on the Glow Community.

• No nudity, sexually explicit photos, or genitals. Breastfeeding photos are allowed.

• Sexual solicitation isn’t allowed. 

• Don’t sell, trade, or donate prescription medications.

• Report users who are harassing others, soliciting, or otherwise breaking the rules.

• Don’t follow medical advice without consulting with your doctor. "
