No symptoms??

Hey guys. Just got my first positive test last Thursday. Went to the doctor for a blood test Wednesday, blood test came back positive. My gyno doesn’t wanna see me till January 7th, and they’re estimating that I’ll be around 7 weeks then. My question is should I be having symptoms? I’m reading all of these posts that are saying how nauseous they are and they’re only at 4 and 5 weeks. My boobs feel a little weird, but other than that, I’ve had nothing. I feel fine. I have been peeing a lot, but I also drink a lot of water. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I just don’t feel pregnant and it’s worrying me.
