Hair dye?

I found out I’m pregnant yesterday. I already had a hair appointment today. Should I inform my hair dresser? Are there any issues getting my hair done when I’m 4.5 weeks pregnant?

As an update, I called my OB and they said no hair dye until I’m 12 weeks so there’s that 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes tell your hair dresser. But it’s fine to get your hair dyed 😊

Coloring hair is safe, BUT it is recommended by many OBs to wait until the second trimester.

I would tell your hair dresser.  I believe color is safe, but in my case I waited until second trimester per my doctor’s advice.

Just let her know. As long as it's an open/well ventilated area you'll be perfectly fine:)
