Will I be able to keep my job?

Sorry if this is the wrong room to post this in. My husband & I are thinking about having baby #2 within the next year (2019-2020).

I work in a cigar lounge. People come in, buy cigars, they’re allowed to smoke inside & we serve bottled beer on premise.

The cigar lounge opened in July 2018 & I was hired in October. I’m the only employee besides the owner. He hired me in order to be able to spend time with his own children. So if I do have to leave I would feel terrible for putting him in that position...

If I were to get pregnant would I even be allowed to work there?

If I were allowed to work there would it be bad for business?

Thoughts??

Edit: I don’t smoke, so that’s not a concern for me. It’s just being around the smoke that is.
