Ok so back story:

My boyfriend and I have been together just over 7 months.

He has a 5 year old boy who I adore and he adores me.

He only gets his son once a week. Baby Momma is a controlling witch. We didn't even get to spend any holidays with him.

My boyfriend is all about his son, which is great. But he's all about his son and not about this pregnancy.

We found out very early I'm pregnant. Before Thanksgiving. I'm now just over 9 weeks.

He gets mad at me being emotional or my mood swings. He gets mad at me sleeping all the time.

He never speaks of the pregnancy. He's missed my ER visit (he showed up at the end), he completely missed the 1st ultrasound.

Supposedly he told his work about the pregnancy. Only due to the fact he was suppose to leave work early for the doctors appointment and ended up not. But still needed a drs note.

In the last 9 weeks, he's only loved on the baby through my abdomen twice.

He's constantly telling me that me saying "it's because I'm pregnant" is an excuse.

We were suppose to tell our families over Christmas and he backed out.

It's his son this, his son that. Which I get as a parent. But it's like this new baby doesn't exist to him and that's where I get so upset. I feel like I'm by myself in this. When I bring it up that I feel alone, it sparks a huge arguement.

We're suppose to spend New Years with friends and there will be drinking. I told him the only way I will be able to get out of drinking with them is to tell them I'm pregnant. He didn't seem excited. He seemed like that was a huge issue.

Am I just being irrational because of my hormones or do I have a right?

Regarding his son:

They have not gone to court.

He can't afford a good enough lawyer to have a fair chance in court. Her Grandmother has lots of money. So it's basically been do as I say and you can have him 1 day, he can stay the night and give her money when she needs it. Or he won't be able to see his son and he'll pay child support. He basically does what she asks to keep things peaceful and civil.
