Miscarriage, cant handle the nausea

I was diagnosed with a miscarriage yesterday, it hasnt started but ive been deadly ill for 3 days now. Cant move.cant eat.cant drink. I constantly have an acidic stomach i have tried every possible medication i can and nothing and i mean NOTHING relieves it. It makes me so nauseous but since im not eating my body wont throw up which results in constant burning and nausea and when i do puke the burning and nausea is back in 5 minutes ive never wanted to die so bad in my life and i wish i was over exaggerating. Id rather drop dead than feel the way im feeling for any longer. I need a d&c to get all of this over with but theres no dates soon enough i cant handle this anymore and i mean it i can not handle this pain and nausea any longer. Ive never felt so helpless and fucking miserable im so done 😪😪😪
