So my boyfriend suddenly sent me a screenshot of my ex's instagram post that I liked. He seems upset about me liking his pictures although I just like everything that I see without thinking about it. He says it's like I'm fawning over him while I'm not.
What would you guys do?
Edit: for anyone saying why would I still follow him - we ended on good terms and we don't talk

I don’t understand people who scroll through instagram looking at who likes certain posts. Who the fuck cares. I’ve got a few of my ex’s on Instagram because we ended on decent terms and don’t hate each other. Sounds like your boyfriend is insecure.

I wouldn’t like it if my SO followed any of his ex’s on Instagram, no matter how things ended. I would be upset too.

Okay I guess I’m the devils advocate over here but personally I’m still friends with some of my exes who I ended on good terms with. I like them as people, us breaking up doesn’t change that. So yeah I still follow them and like their pics and if a guy would take the time to scroll through my timeline looking for that then obviously he has some trust issues of his own and we would sit down and talk about it like the adults we are. But I wouldn’t stop following them or liking someone’s pictures just for him and I’d respect him doing the same. It’s all about trust and communication. Without those fundamentals it isn’t a healthy relationship.
