Random acid reflux

Okie so last night I had some siracha on my food and before bed the acid reflux hit me felt like my throat was literally burning anyway I threw up so fast I didnt know it was coming well it got on the bed and I felt terrible and my fiance jumped up yelled and slept in the living room leaving me to clean the bed put the sheets in the wash and scrub. Today he's still pissed and said adults don't throw up on furniture and that I did it on purpose and that I'm a baby 🙄 if he mentions it again I'm gonna tell him only babies shit themselves (he has before)
