Who doesn’t drink pop/soda?
I really want to completely stop drinking it again. I did it cold turkey before after a bad break up, mostly because I was so upset all the time I didn’t have an appetite for awhile and drinking pop made me feel sick. I lost about 20 pounds. I have been with my current bf now for almost 2 years and thankfully I haven’t gained that weight back but I haven’t lost any more (of course I know it takes much more than just not drinking pop to lose weight lol) but I am a bigger girl and I’d like to start losing weight and getting healthier/feeling better. I think it’ll definitely help with my anxiety too. I’m going to add in more exercise and better eating habits as well but I guess I’m taking baby steps first.
How did you feel after not drinking pop anymore? Did it make you feel better or worse and did you notice any type of weight loss?
