I’m not bleeding , I’m not cramping , BUT my symptoms have faded . Should i be worried ?

I had more symptoms my first few weeks, then they mostly went away around week 6-7, except for fatigue and slightly sore boobs - made me worried too. Went for my ultrasound last week (around week 8) and every was great! As long as no serious cramping or bleeding, just keep thinking good thoughts!
