Help!! Is icy hot safe to use during pregnancy?!

My sciatic nerve is causing me so much pain now. I have tried everything but a prenatal massage. I have had issues my whole life and the only thing that ever helps relieve the pain is Tylenol and Icy Hot.

No it's not safe. Try doing some stretches. I actually went to see a chiropractor during my pregnancy bc of the pain

Yes it’s safe. Just use with some caution. I used it here and there with my first and she’s perfectly fine and currently using it here and there with my 2 and she’s also developing perfectly fine.

My OB told me icy hot was okay but lidocaine & capsaicin weren’t. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t like icy hot but I love my heating pad for sciatica.
