Keto diet 2019

October 2016 I was at my heaviest (200lbs) 5'2 that's huge, I started to diet cut out sugar, junk, fast foods..... took me a whole year to lose 40lbs 🎉 no exercise just watching my intake and plenty of water just water 😫, anyways October 2017 I went thru depression that my weight just maintain didnt gain nor lose, ate here & there but not much, now that 2018 is almost over with I'm starting to feel happy & really want to start taking care of myself I'm ready to start my diet journey again, I still need 30pounds till my goal, so I want something pretty quick & I've heard keto is the way to go, yet I'm beyond clueless in how to start, I read on it and all yet idk why this diet foesbt catch on to me, any advice? Gladly appreciated
