Pretty heavy cramping and bleeding today....😥

Not quite AF levels but heavy enough to make me anxious. Got a BFP on the 26th.......It's 4 am here now, and cramping has stopped but I'm worried I may have had an early miscarriage (guessing I'm around 5 weeks). I don't feel like I need to go to the ER, it's the weekend no regular OB will be open until after New Year's though....not really sure what I need to do? Any advice, similar situations or just good vibes are appreciated.
