Just wondering if you were diagnosed with this, waiting for the pills to work, what home remedies you used to feel better in the meantime? The loss of energy is so fast and I can’t do much except lie in bed. 
My heartbeat is also annoyingly fast 🙈

Vitron C, it’s an over the counter medication that’s safe for pregnancy and I would also make home made smoothies with a handful of spinach leaves in it to give me that extra boost!

Anemia is normal. The baby takes a lot of your iron which causes the lack of red blood cells to be made in your body (anemia). The pills should work, give them a few days

Someone in our prenatal parenting group is using a thing called “lucky iron fish”. It’s an iron fish you boil in water along with some acid and then drink the water or use it for cooking. It emits iron into the water in a natural way. 
I just ordered it and haven’t tried it but she said she’s been using it for months since she typically has low iron and feels a lot better. 
I got mine from their site because they had a sale but amazon has it too for $30. Hope it helps!
