Ovulation test

My husband and I are trying to have a baby.... we have had sex everyday. I took an ovulation test on the morning of the 28th and it was a blinking smiley face.....we had sex and now I am out of town at my mom. I took another test this morning and it gave a message that I’m nearly there I can start trying. What does it mean if I don’t have sex today?
