Y’all.

Today is CD22 for me. I woke up to cramping and lower back pain from Hell.

On a whim, I thought I would take a pregnancy test. Well, come to find out I ran out of them last month, so for shits and giggles, I took an OPK.

This was my OPK result:

Clearly positive, right?

Funny story about that...

I also got a positive OPK on CD14!

Here’s my two positives:

I normally ovulate around CD14-17, so the first positive was “normal” in my mind.

Now, 8 days later, I have a glaring positive again. I googled this, and come to find out, LH tests can pick up hCG as well. 😱

I don’t want to get my hopes up, but y’all... if I get a pregnancy as a “Christmas gift”, I’m going to be crying big ole ugly crocodile tears.

SOMEONE PLEASE TALK MY HOPES DOWN FROM THIS LEDGE!

Ok ladies, got a negative hCG test after I took the LH test yesterday.

Took an OPK today again... still positive; hCG test still negative.

Going to keep trying until I figure out which way this is going, but definitely BD just in case!!

AF due Jan 5th originally, but app now updated it to Jan 8th after that last positive... I’ll keep updating as it goes!

**12/31/18 UPDATE**

Well... No idea what’s going on here. I’m starting to think my body is haywire.

Negative on the hCG... STILL positive on the LH!

Seriously??? WHAT IS THIS? 😭😭😭

Ladies, I’m in CD27 and still getting a semi-positive (stronger than my normal ‘non peak’ tests— see above for comparison...🤷🏻‍♀️) LH test... still no BFP on hCG, but I’m going to keep hoping!!
