I get heart palpitations and really out of breath when I lay on my side.. 33 weeks

I am in the same situation and my OBGYN sent me to a cardiologist and they did ultrasound and everything came back normal and the cardiologists  explained that it's very normal during pregnancy..so I'm pretty sure it's normal for you also but better be on a safe side then sorry so do mention this to ur OBGYN

Magnesium for the heart palpitations. I was having this issue often and it scared the heck out of me.
Salmon has a ton of magnesium, avocados, kale.

I use to get palpitation a d become breathless a lot with my first. My doctor said it was normal, and it happens a lot to pregnant woman. Drink cold water and breath slowly, try a warm bath too.
But also talked to your doctor about it because you just never know❤️
