I need help!!!

I'm 19 and had oral sex with my ex boyfriend at the time ( I gave head). It never went past that. He was more experienced than I was , he had given oral sex to someone else before ,but never had vaginal sex. I'm scared/paranoid that he might have given me something . It's been also 3 months since we broke up but I'm scared to get tested although it gives me major anxiety to the point that I can't sleep and it might also ruin my future relationships. I need help just thinking about having something makes me want to cry . It was my first ever boyfriend/experience. What is the probability that he could have gave me something if he never had vaginal sex before.
