Spotting first trimester?
Anyone had spotting in the first trimester? I’m 6+1 weeks and I’m having pink or brown spotting for 6 days on and off, it’s small quantity sometimes drops on my underwear but mostly only wiping. I had ultrasound yesterday and she said there’s nothing that justify the bleeding, the baby it’s well with heartbeat 💗 that must be implantation bleeding but it’s not stopping yet 🤔 anyone had something similar?
