Breast soreness AFTER 2 1/2 day af

Af was med-heavy flow for 2 1/2 days then abruptly stopped. On the fourth day I had light spotting once in the morning. Fifth day (af done) my breasts became VERY sore. They weren’t sore during af, just after and still continues. Haven’t really found any info on it besides hormone changes. Thoughts or experience?
