Pain in cervix and dizziness

I usually have a 33 day cycle, but my period came like 13 days too soon this month with no warning signs-no breast tenderness or cramping which are telltale signs for me. I bled for maybe 3 days and it was a very dark, mild flow. I even hesitate to call it a flow so I took a pregnancy test in case it was implantation bleeding or something-negative. So, it's been 2 weeks since then and all of a sudden I am having mild cramping in mid-lower abdomen in cervical area and in lower back at times. Not a UTI. I woke up dizzy today with lower blood pressure which I have been having for over a month now. Just curious if anyone has had these symptoms coupled together before? I'm kinda confused and definitely gonna see the MD.
