I’m laying down and I just had a contraction that literally lasted over 3 minutes. It’s 100% a contraction, my belly was so tight and I could hardly breathe. Before it started I had a ton of pressure in my vagina and it literally felt like my baby was squeezing out of me. I feel another one starting and it’s barely been 2 minutes 😭 should I call the hospital? I don’t feel like this is normal at all
