How do you know if your still pregnant?

I read so many stories about women who go to their appointments and find out the baby didn’t grow/no heartbeat....are there any signs? Symptoms? Anything that would let you know this is going on?

This is why I bought an at home doppler so I could listen to the heartbeat whenever I started to feel worried. Now that I can feel movements I don't worry as much.

A lot of times there are no symptoms. Often your body still thinks the baby os fine so women still have symptoms like normal. Some women never get symptoms and thats normal for them

For me i had absolutely no idea. I though i was 11 weeks and everything was fine. Started bleeding a couple days before i was suppose to have my first ultrasound and went to the er to find out the baby stopped growing at 6 weeks.

Some experience signs like bleeding or lack of symptoms. I lost one of my 5 pregnancies and had no clue until ultrasound at 9 weeks,  baby had stopped growing at 7.5 weeks. But it felt like any of my other pregnancies that were healthy.
