On November 26th-Dec1st I had a period On DEC 12-13th i spotted blood

After I started get2 pregnant symptoms. Mostly bloating and sore nipples and feeling sick all the time. My period was 12 days late I should be 5 weeks pregnant today but I have started bleeding there was one small blood clots in the toilet from. When I peed now I'm having light cramps not painful I'm starting to feel really disappointed and yes I understand that I need to take a pregnancy test but I need to know as much as I do that wanna talk to I'm starting to feel real disappointment I was do excited I'm tired of false symptoms. What could this be I've got all my dates and everything I also did a due calculation and everything Was on point
