Announcement? When? How? Tell me it all!

When is everyone planning on announcing their bundle of joy?! How far along will you be and how will you do it?

Some friends, most family and most colleagues know already but publicly after my first scan :-) about 11 weeks

I am any where from 7-9 weeks. I have a dating scan on 1/4/19. We have already  announced to our immediate families and to very close friends. We announced on Christmas Eve. I think we will announce to everyone else around Valentine’s Day.

8wks 2 days today with our first appt Thursday 1/3. We will be telling family Saturday 1/5 at my bday dinner and announcing to the world in another week or so. We close on our new home Monday n I have it all planned!!

16 weeks and just tell people! Nothing fancy

I’m not sure how I am going to announce to the entire world but at 5 weeks I announced to my entire family. My sister, brother, and their families all live in other states and are visiting so I wanted to tell them in person. We also decided to tell now bc it is IMPOSSIBLE to get it by my family with not drinking for the new year. For Xmas we got my mom a family photo session and I emailed the photographer to at the end have every day “cheese” twice then on the final shot say “Amie is having a baby!” We got all their reactions and it was AMAZING! No matter what happens with this pregnancy I won’t regret the reactions we received and having my closest family know.

We told 3 family members 1 friend and 2 of my coworkers know, but I think we're going to wait till at least 12 weeks to announce officially.

I’m not sure yet! I’m hoping for a heartbeat on Wednesday; I’m not as eager to announce as I was when I was pregnant with my son - we might wait until February 14th and announce then with a cute little big brother t-shirt photoshoot with our son. ☺️
