when’s everyone starting their maternity leave?

I am 34 + 3 and just uncomfortable. i can work from home toward the end but just annoyed at having to be available for folks via email and phone ... 
initially planned to work up until but now i’m thinking of setting official date ...

39 weeks hopefully. So much to get done at work and can't afford to come off earlier!

Working until I hit 40 or go into labor sooner! I only get 12 weeks unpaid and I just want to be able to spend as much time with her as possible unless I medically cannot wait until 40 weeks I’m working uncomfortable or not. Which sucks big time.

My plan was that 37+5 would be my last day in the office and last day of working from home would be 39+5, but looking at a valentine’s C section due to breech baby unless something changes in the next few weeks so will have to adjust a bit! Can’t wait to tell my boss this week 😂

I have a scheduled C-section for January 31st should I plan on making January 30th my last day I was able to do it for my son so hopefully I can make it this time around I want to take all my unpaid leave when my baby is born
