I ended up to going to the emergency room last night for bad stomach and lower back pain . They gave me a vaginal and abdominal ultrasound and I noticed that the ultrasound tech was looking weird which was really aggravating me . After my ultrasound I go back to my room , 30mins later the doctor comes in followed by 2nurses and he says “I have some news” at this time I’m thinking something I terribly wrong . He tells me I’m having twins !!! I just about passed out , that was the last thing I was expecting to hear . The nurses came because they wanted to see my reaction to the news lol .

I am so so scared . I already have an 18month old and now 2 more editions . I’m doubting myself big time right now , idk how I am gonna do this 😔
