This is my first pregnancy and I'm panicking right now. I'm a little over 7 weeks today. I went to sit down for dinner and I felt something weird so I went to the bathroom. I had bright red blood in my panties. Not a lot but when I sat down on the toilet to clean myself up, it was a good bit of red blood. I put on a pad and it's been about 2 hours. There is very little on the pad but every time I go to the bathroom, there is red blood in the toilet. No clots that I've noticed but bright red blood. No cramps or anything. Someone please help me because my doctors office is closed tomorrow and I don't know what to do. I'm scheduled for our 2nd ultrasound on Thursday.
