Not the New Years I was planning
I spent my New Years on the phone with my boyfriend who was driving back to his base in New Mexico. I wish we could have spent it together but I’m just grateful I could talk to him. The start of a long distance relationship to start off the new year. Won’t get to see him for 7 months due to deployment.
